Custom Fabrication
Any custom fabrication of thermoplastics undertaken, PVC, PP, PE, PVDF etc. From one-off products to small production runs. We use the latest extrusion welding and hand fabrication processes to construct custom products. The use of CNC routering and the ability to vacuum form products to compliment hand fabrication.
This is a polypropylene process bench (Wet Station) for Rakon Ltd, used in the manufacture of silicon ships. Although the customer required a functional industrial unit they also wanted the visual build quality of a piece of furniture.
Air Handling
Centrifrugal fan impellors, custom made to suit requirements. Paddle or inclined blades, manufactured from either Polypropylene or PVC.
Two completed backward inclined fans. The casings are PVC with fibreglass reinforcing and Polypropylene impellors. These fans were made for The University of Auckland for extracting chemical fumes.
Fume Scrubbers - Vertical packed towers made to order, for scrubbing odours or chemicals.
Tanks
We make a full range of custom freshwater and wastewater tanks. These tanks are made to the specific requirements of the installation and customer. These tanks are made from non-taint food grade polypropylene. They feature heat folded body with extrusion welded ends and baffles.
Penetrations are via molded BSPT female treaded fittings welded into the tank where they are required. These tanks are high voltage spark tested against leaks. Our tanks have been fitted by many high profile yacht and motorhome manufacturers, resulting in easy installation and trouble free usage.
Chemical Pipe Plumbing and Ducting
We undertake all types of chemical plumbing. All types of materials - PP, PE, PVC, CPVC and PVDF - used, depending on the chemicals and environment. Due to established supplier relationships, we can offer competitive supply of pipework and fittings also. Also ductwork can be made and installed, either tubular or rectangular. Straight lengths, bends and transition pieces custom-made.
Chemical Holding Tanks
We provide a full range of chemical holding tanks, either Polypropylene/Fibreglass or PVC/Fibreglass construction. As well as these fibreglass reinforced tanks we also make Polypropylene and HDPE chemical tanks. As a HSNO approved tank manufacturer we are certified to make chemical storage tanks. Along with storage tanks we also make open top process tanks, these can be self-supporting stand alone tanks or a non-structural liner. This type of tank is used extensively throughout the country in electroplating, powdercoating and galvanising industries.
